Double thickness mottler with white extra-fine hog bristle, natural wooden handle and nickel-plated iron ferrule.
The extra-white hog bristle is the thinnest amongst the natural bristles, being tenacious and resistant, medium elastic and flexible, with an excellent intake of colour. It is ideal for pasty techniques in which colour movement and medium-slow release are required, such as acrylics, tempera, water-based paints and quartz paint.
Series 208 combines a very large surface with the fullness of the filament, used for large substrates, the preparation of primers and wall decorations. The particular width makes it suitable for dripping and action painting techniques. The handle is short, easy to handle and light.
The stroke is wide-ranging, broad and does not leave excessive strokes in the pictorial matter.
